SPINNING
Spinning is a high energy group exercise performed on a stationary bike in our main exercise studio. Individualized for participants of any age or ability, the program integrates music, a simple set of movements and heart rate training to help our clients have fun, get in shape and train with a purpose.
Participants in a 45 minute cycling class may have the ability to burn an average of 500 calories.
