As part of EFC's personal training services, we offer specialized programs for clients with post-rehab conditions including musculoskeletal injuries. The Post-Rehab program at EFC consists of two classifications:
1. medical referral - the EFC Post Rehab trainer contacts a medical professional directly concerning a client's diagnosis and recommended exercise regimen. Many of our clients are referred by medical professionals with whom EFC maintains communication regarding their progress.
2. client and EFC partners - the EFC Post Rehab trainer assists in identifying conditions that require a specific exercise protocol with restricted motion due to physical limitations.
A qualified Post-Rehab trainer will conduct a fitness assessment with you, and develop a program tailored to your needs. Typically a program will consist of strength and flexibility training, cardiovascular exercise, and functional conditioning. Each routine is assessed on a client-by-client basis. Our trainers strive to help you maintain quality of life through comfortable exercise routines. We also develop programs for senior clients with conditions such as arthritis or other medical conditions.
If you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact us for assistance.
