PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is a "one-on-one" exercise program tailored to meet your specific needs and exercise goals. A professional trainer will meet with you to discuss your short and long term goals, and the results you want to achieve with your exercise program.  Your personal trainer will then design a specific exercise program for you including cardio, resistance training, stretching exercises and behavior modification.

EFC personal trainers are also experienced in designing a program if you experience physical limitations, or other special needs.  Click here for more information about post-rehab training.
