KDW® is a low impact/high energy choreographed workout designed to target your cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and pump fun through your veins. It is open to participants at all fitness levels. You burn 1000 calories in a 60 minute KDW® class.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance that is considered exercise in disguise, with a typical class burning between 500 and 1000 calories. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, mambo, merengue, flamenco, raggeton, chachacha, belly dancing, hip hop and tango.
